I'm Lauren, founder and creative director of Etc. Events.
I'm a mum to two boys and a golden Lab, and someone who takes her latte very seriously.
Raised in the city, I later built my life in the countryside and that contrast lives at the heart of Etc. today - weddings that are warm and welcoming, polished and memorable. Hospitable, but never ordinary.

Over 14 years and more than 220 weddings, I've built a reputation for turning a feeling into something real.

Whether couples arrive with a clear vision or just a vague sense of what they want, I know how to listen, translate and execute and how to make the process feel supported along the way.

My background in visual merchandising, store design and floristry means I see a wedding as a space to be designed from the ground up.
The flowers, the layout, the styling and the atmosphere are all telling a story. And that story should feel completely yours.

What I hear most from couples, long after the day is done, is that they felt safe. Safe to trust the process, hand over the details and actually be present on the day. That's what I'm here for.

I believe thoughtful design isn't just about how a wedding looks. It's about how it feels. The moment you step in, pause, and become completely present. Surrounded by the people you love most,
with every detail quietly doing its job.
