I started this business 13 years ago with one goal in mind;
To help couples plan a seamless and stress free day
-that feels as good as it looks, too.

I am a strong believer that wedding planning is to be enjoyed, not endured, and my team and I are here to show you that spreadsheets aren’t scary, nor does a well-planned day have to compromise on style or fun.

I personally design, plan and coordinate each and every one of our weddings

over the past 13 years to ensure that very promise is kept (and exceeded).

Regional VIC pulls on all my heart strings.
I grew up in Melbourne but moved to Gippsland over 20 years ago and have relocated back and forth for my career in VM, Floristry and Business ever since. But there’s something about the country hospitality and stunning views that feel like home to me and I love nothing more than sharing in that with the couples and families I work with when creating their ultimate celebrations.

Together with my extended team, our approach towards weddings is Creating designs that feel like a piece of artwork for couples who cherish the sentimental things in life with a focus on having fun along the way, too.

  • We include the service of sourcing, briefing with specific measurements and property access details to suppliers on your behalf to obtain a quote for you.
    The cost of the marquee is seperate to the styling fee and paid directly to that supplier when we hand over the details to you.
    On going coordination of your marquee/ supplier is handled by us throughout the wedding planning process, though.

  • Some things to consider:

    • Catering tent

    • Rest rooms

    • Garbage disposal

    • Lighting & Generators

    • Cool room/s

    • Car parking & easy vehicle access

    • Insurances

    • Heating/ Cooling

    • Flooring under band

    • Level ground, no underground pipes or cables (dial before you dig is a great resource)

    • Weather contingencies & space to accomodate them

    • Other vendors such as your Caterer, Bar staff, Photographer, Band, Celebrant, Hai and Makeup etc.


    We take you through this step and recommend reputable suppliers in these areas with personalised quotes. Then we manage and coordinate this for you.

  • Yes of course we can. We have properties across regional VIC that we put forward for your consideration. It’s like hiring a property, but with the perks of being a private estate.

  • Absolutely!
    Upon booking with us, we like to have your concept and general plan as comfortable as possible, and based off your inital guest numbers so we can lock in those items for your date.
    If we need to shift the colour palette/ Styling direction we can absolutely revise these details.
    And when it’s nearing time for your RSVPs to come in, we of course update quantities and your floor plan to reflect your final guest numbers, up until 1 month prior to your wedding day.

  • Never fear, we are the ultimate planners so we account for weather contingencies from the get-go.

    We brief marquee suppliers on sizing to accommodate any outdoor elements that need to come indoors if the weather happens to turn. (Which we all know how unpredictable VIC weather ca be!)
    Meaning you won’t have scramble last-minute the week of your wedding and compete with everyone else in the area to score umbrellas or a roof over your heads.
    We’ve got you.

  • I (Lauren) take care of your designs, all planning, I’m there for our meetings together and I’m personally there on the day to coordinate it all for you.

    My fabulous team of Stylists and Coordinators come in on your wedding day with me and bring all of those plans and concepts to life.

    I’m there facilitating all of that with them and jump on the tools, too. I don’t shy away from ironing table cloths, emptying bins, lighting the candles or grabbing a pair of snips and arranging florals (I used to be a fully-fledged florist with a shop and all, did I mention that?)

    With almost 13 years under our belt, your day is in perfect hands with myself and our team.

  • Your payment structure entails a total split of 20%, 20%, 60%.

    To secure your booking with us, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

    Followed by a Second instalment of 20% 5 months prior, remaining balance 4 weeks prior.
