Your day will include a thoroughly considered approach to design to ensure every detail is purposeful and maximised.

Resulting in your budget working smarter for you and your day to feature a stellar lineup of Australia’s top vendors to bring it to life.

All-inclusive of hire, florals, decor, linens & stationery.
Plus site visits, styling vendor sourcing and management;
you can be rest assured your i’s will be dotted and t’s crossed across the planning and execution of your styling elements.

    Lauren takes care of all the moving parts of Styling, Flowers and Hire for you and brings it all together cohesively. Sourcing the right pieces, planning layouts, designing floral features and presenting you with a design concept that takes your initial inspiration and turns it in to a day that you can truly put your mark on. A day designed with consideration of your guests and a beautiful aesthetic that flows seamlessly from your Bouquets to Ceremony to Reception.
    You bring the inspiration, I’ll pull all the strings to bring it to life.

    By nature, we’re your spreadsheet-loving, creative thinking, flower obsessed Wedding Planners.
    But although you’re booking us to make your day look incredible, we actually start with asking you what feeling you want to create and design your day from there.
    We carry that same feeling throughout the lead-up to your day as well. We don’t leave you empty handed when it comes to knowing how to put together a run-sheet or how to craft a seating plan.
    You’ll have your personal online portal filled with planning resources to help you breeze through these tasks.
    With Etc. you don’t just get a pretty table - you get a whole wedding experience that leaves you asking… ‘should I feel this calm?’ (yes by the way, you 100% should!)

  • Absolutely!

    Upon booking with us, we like to have your concept and general plan as comfortable as possible, and based off your inital guest numbers so we can lock in those items for your date.

    If we need to shift the colour palette/ Styling direction we can absolutely revise these details.

    And when it’s nearing time for your RSVPs to come in, we of course update quantities and your floor plan to reflect your final guest numbers, up until 1 month prior to your wedding day.

  • I (Lauren) take care of your designs and I’m there for our meetings together.

    My fabulous team of Stylists and Coordinators come in on your wedding day with me and we bring all of those plans and concepts to life.

    I’m there facilitating all of that with them and jump on the tools, too. I don’t shy away from ironing table cloths, climbing ladders, lighting the candles or grabbing a pair of snips and arranging florals (I used to be a fully-fledged florist with a shop and all, did I mention that?)

    On occasion where I can’t be present, our Senior Stylist is there leading the setup team. With almost 13 years under our belt, your day is in perfect hands with myself and our team.

  • Yes. However, it’s not without careful planing ahead of time.
    Particularly with our larger floral features, we design these in a way where we can repurpose them to your reception space without compromising the delicate nature of flowers and take loistics, timing with your run sheet and transport in to consideration.

    Relocating is an important value we hold as a standard. But pairing this with smart and considered desig from the onset so we maximise your impact without sacrificing quality.

  • Your payment structure entails a total split of 20%, 20%, 60%.

    To secure your booking with us, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

    Followed by a Second instalment of 20% 5 months prior, remaining balance 4 weeks prior.
