We bring together florals, styling, linens, candles, stationery and décor into one seamless, all-inclusive design experience.

Every element is thoughtfully curated and brought to life by one trusted team.

    • Initial consultation to define your vision and aesthetic direction.

    • Complete creative direction of your styling and floral design, in collaboration with yourselves.

    • Custom floor plans and spatial planning.

    • Detailed Style Guide including all visual elements, layout and guest experience.

    • Guest seating layout template aligned with your floor plan.

    • Sourcing and management of styling-related vendors.

    • Access to our trusted supplier network.

    • Ongoing communication and support throughout the process.

    • Private online planning portal.

    • In-person detail meeting at your venue.

    • Full floral design and supply. (ceremony, reception, personal florals)

    • Complete reception styling. (tablescapes, candles, linens, stationery and signage)

    • Access to our curated in-house hire collection.

    • Sourcing and integration of additional styling elements where required.

    • All floral procurement, design and labour.

    • Full delivery and installation of all styling and floral elements.

    • Coordination of styling vendors on the day including bump in, relocating and bump out.

    • On-site styling & floral team to execute your vision.

    • Post-event pack down of all Etc. supplied items.

  • Put simply, our Venue styling & floral services cover the visual side of the event.

    This involves us designing the layout of your ceremony and reception areas and creating a personalised event design for you from the ground up.

    Think styling elements such as your arbour, tables design, bars, cocktail furniture, signage, tablecloths and napkins, menus, place cards, table numbers, candles, lighting, the list goes on!

    We source it all, create a mood board and detailed style proposal for you, liaise with all suppliers and coordinate all set up and pack down on the day.

    Wedding planning is more ‘behind the-scenes’ and is the foundation that you day is built upon.

    Whilst Planning is only included in our ‘Private Property service’ - Here we work with you to source vendors that are the right fit for your vision including your venue, celebrant, photographer, videographer, marquee (if required), caterer, bar team, cake, hair and make up and entertainment.

    If you’re unsure whether Planning is something additional you need, please reach out to Lauren to discuss your day and needs where we can tailor a proposal for you.

  • We do.
    Our background in floristry also enables us to design your ceremony florals in a way that is always maximised and can be relocated efficiently from ceremony to reception.
    Labour services for this will be included in your proposal.

  • Yes all services include Florals, Stationery pieces, Signage, Linens, Candles and decor.

  • We do not offer Coordination as a stand alone service.

    Coordination is included in our Full service Private Property package.
