For couples who’ve already started planning and booked some of their key suppliers.

We step in to bring everything together — staying involved in the planning, sourcing and booking the suppliers you still need, creating a personalised run sheet and developing an overarching styling concept for your day.

So you, your styling and your vendors are all working from the same plan — both visually and logistically.

  • Initial online Planning consultation to establish budgets for six vendors, look and feel.

  • Overarching styling concept.

  • Creation and ongoing management of your wedding budget, including sourcing and comparing quotes to help you make informed decisions about where to invest.

  • Sourcing and management of up to six key suppliers required for your wedding with up to 3 quotes from preferred vendors such as Celebrant, Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, Music, Entertainment, Cake, Hair, Makeup, Stationery.

  • Guidance on the flow of the day, guest experience and practical logistics, including timelines, weather contingencies and comprehensive run sheet.

  • Detailed final run sheet supplied to all confirmed vendors, with key timings, responsibilities, access information and logistics clearly communicated ahead of the wedding.
