Farm wedding for 200 guests, Heyfield Gippsland.

When Elly and Nick pictured their wedding on their sprawling Gippsland property, they wanted something that felt elevated but entirely them - a celebration rooted in the land, their lifestyle, and the people they love most. With over 200 guests, this became our largest private property wedding to date, and one of the most personal we've ever had the privilege of creating.

Taking inspiration from Colorado ranch aesthetics and the beauty of the Australian countryside, we built a world that honoured their dairy and poultry farming heritage in the most beautiful way - feathers woven through lush floral centrepieces, cow hides in lounge vignettes, woven linens, warm walnut and rattan tones, bespoke leather name ties guests took home as keepsakes, and hand-painted table numbers showcasing their most treasured views from their own property.

What we delivered:

  • Full end-to-end planning, styling, florals and coordination

  • Ceremony, cocktail hour and fine dining reception - all on property

  • Complete floral design and installation across all spaces

  • Full marquee, lighting and furniture sourcing and management

  • Vendor sourcing and management

  • Amenities, logistics and supplier coordination across the multi-day build and pack down

"Lauren and the team made all my wedding dreams come true.
Even with last-minute changes, everything was handled effortlessly.
Nick and I are in awe - our day was absolute perfection."

Private property wedding in Ceres, Geelong.

Grace and Nathan had a clear vision - a Euro-inspired celebration on a stunning property just outside Geelong, with mountain views, lush gardens, and a sense of effortless elegance that felt entirely their own. Grace had done much of the early planning herself; what she needed was someone to take full creative direction
and manage the complexity of bringing it all to life on private property.

We stepped in to lead the design, source and manage all infrastructure, and coordinate every layer of the day.
Over a multi-day build, the property was transformed: guests arrived by coach to refreshments with sweeping mountain views,
a pop-up garden ceremony on the bowling green, and a marquee reception that balanced fine dining with genuine party energy.
Florals adorned every surface. Suspended installations created drama and depth.
Outside, festoon lights and lounge areas offered moments of stillness against the open landscape.

Every element, from linens and stationery to floor plans and florals was thoughtfully considered, repurposed where possible,
and designed to feel cohesive from arrival to sparkler farewell.

What we delivered:

  • Creative direction and full styling and floral design

  • Marquee, lighting, flooring and furniture sourcing and management

  • Custom floor plan and guest flow mapping

  • Multi-zone setup including ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces

  • Amenities hire, coach logistics and supplier & wedding coordination

  • Full multi-day build, styling bump in and pack down.

"Lauren helped shape my ideas into real-life visuals - something my husband really needed to see what the day was going to look like.
Etc. significantly understood all the elements of a private property wedding and eased the stress of trying to coordinate it myself.
I didn't need to think about a single thing."

Private property wedding, Warragul.

Tom's family property in Brandy Creek had been the backdrop to a lifetime of memories.
When Mia and Tom chose it as the setting for their wedding, there was only one brief that mattered:
make it feel like home, just more beautiful than it's ever been.

And then it rained. From the ceremony through to the final dance, the weather did its worst and the day did its best.
Because when every detail has been planned, every contingency considered, and the right team is on the ground, rain becomes part of the story rather than the end of it.

We coordinated and styled the full day across multiple zones: a hilltop ceremony with crisp white and green florals,
cocktails by the pool, a marquee reception by the lake, and a surprise fireworks display that lit up the sky during their first dance. The joy was electric. The vibe never dampened.

What we delivered:

  • Full coordination and styling

  • Multi-zone event layout including hilltop ceremony, poolside cocktail hour and lakeside marquee reception

  • Weather contingency planning and real-time management on the day

  • Marquee, lighting and furniture management

  • Complete supplier coordination across catering, bar, celebrant, photography, film, music and more

  • Full build, styling bump in and pack down

"I can't imagine our wedding without Lauren. Everything ran so seamlessly — even with changes on the day, we were completely unaware.
It allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment."
- Mia
