    • Property sourcing support (if required)

    • End-to-end sourcing, quoting and management of all required suppliers (including marquee, flooring, lighting, power, amenities, furniture + more)

    • Sourcing and curation of your full vendor team (Catering, Bar service, Celebrant, Photographer, Film and Content, Cake, Musicians, Hair and Makeup)

    • Site visits and key planning meetings throughout.

    • Custom property layout, floor plans and guest flow mapping.

    • Weather contingency planning.

    • Private online planning portal.

    • Ongoing support and communication with your lead planner.

    • Complete creative direction of your wedding aesthetic.

  • We include the service of sourcing, briefing with specific measurements and property access details to suppliers on your behalf to obtain a quote for you.
    The cost of the marquee is seperate to our fee and paid directly to that supplier when we hand over the details to you.
    On going coordination of your marquee/ supplier is handled by us throughout the wedding planning process.

  • Of course. We have access to Estate-style venues across regional VIC.

  • If we need to shift the colour palette/ Styling direction we can absolutely revise these details.
    And when it’s nearing time for your RSVPs to come in, we accomodate updates to your guest numbers and floor plans to reflect your final guest count, up until 5 weeks prior to your wedding.

  • I (Lauren) take care of your designs, all planning, I’m there for our meetings together and I’m personally there on the day to manage everything for you.

    The day prior; myself or a senior stylist is present to oversee the next stage of installations.

    The day of; myself and our extend team of stylists and coordinators are present all day.
    As the day progresses we split in to 1) Styling Team and 2) Coordinating team to cover all areas across many acres of property for you.

    • Level ground, no underground pipes or cables.

    • Easy truck access to the marquee site.

    • You may need council permits, noise permits, insurances.

  • 12 months is the ideal Planning lead time for a property wedding, but anywhere between 10-18 months is also very achievable.
