Grace and Nathan envisioned a Euro-inspired wedding just outside their hometown in Ceres (Geelong), blending Mediterranean touches with a lush garden feel.
While Grace led much of the planning herself, we stepped in to coordinate vendors, take full creative direction and manage the day’s logistics from start to finish.

Our team designed a cohesive styling and floral concept, sourced the marquee, lighting, flooring and furniture, created the floor plan, and executed setup, relocation, and pack down — ensuring every detail flowed seamlessly.

The multi-day build transformed the property into an immersive experience: guests arrived by coach to refreshments overlooking mountain views, their ceremony featured a pop-up garden on the bowling green, and the marquee reception balanced fine dining with party energy.
Florals adorned every surface. Suspended installations created focal points,
and a mixed table layout brought depth and intimacy to the large space.
Outside, festoon lights and lounges offered relaxed moments against the expansive landscape.

Every element — from linens and stationery to floor plans and florals — was thoughtfully considered and repurposed where possible, creating a harmonious, elevated experience.

It was a privilege to work with Grace, Nathan, and the property team to bring their vision to life.
